Symptom: UNSCHEDULED message and not tune in any channels or see anything through any entrance

 



Solution fault: I thought that could be a problem in the eeprom, the susutituyo but still the same, I restore the values of manufactures by changing the value ID other than 1, but neither meeting solution.

At the end by removing the integrated which is designated in the second picture is solved (the photo is after removing it). I try to find replacement but can not find anything, at the end I leave with nothing but problems.
