HV430QUB-F70 Voltages Data

Here’s a quick-reference for the BOE HV430QUB-F70 (43" UHD) panel’s T-CON power rails—the ranges you should typically see on the HV430QUBF70 T-CON (board number often 44-97717660). Exact set-points vary a little by board revision, but these are the expected ballparks for this BOE QUB-Fxx family.

Supply & logic rails

* VIN / V12 (after T-CON fuse): ~12.0 V (panel spec input). If absent, check the T-CON fuse and main PSU.

* VCC_3V3 / +3.3 V: 3.2–3.4 V (LDO/buck from 12 V).

* VDD_1V2 / VCORE: ~1.1–1.3 V (T-CON SoC core).

* VDDIO / 1.8 V: ~1.7–1.9 V (IO/PMIC logic).

Panel analog/bias rails (from T-CON PMIC/charge pumps)

* AVDD / HAVDD (source-driver analog): typically ~15–18 V (often ~16–17 V on 12 V panels). If totally missing, image will be blank even if backlight is on.

* VGH / Gate-ON: typically +25 to +32 V (often ~28–31 V). If low, you’ll see washed/ghosted image or no picture.

* VGL / Gate-OFF: typically −5 to −10 V (sometimes down to −12 V). If near 0 V, lines smear/freeze; if too negative, flicker/aberrations.

* VCOM: typically ~5–7 V (mid bias for the LC cell, tuned per panel—don’t adjust unless you have the spec/patterns).

* VREF ladder (VREF1…VREF6 or similar): a staircase between ~0 V and AVDD (roughly evenly spaced). These feed the source drivers; if one is missing or off, expect bands/solarization.

Where this comes from / model pointers

* Model & interface: HV430QUB-F70, V-by-One (8-lane), panel supply 12 V (typ.).

* Typical failure anecdotes on sibling QUB-F70 panels (e.g., 65"): loss of AVDD/VGH due to PMIC/enable faults or panel-side shorts. Useful for cross-checking symptoms.

* Board/part cross-refs: HV430QUBF70 / 44-97717660 seen on Philips/Xiaomi 43" sets. (Good to identify test pads silkscreened AVDD/VGH/VGL/VCOM near the PMIC.)

PMIC Mean Power Management I.C

Quick test flow (practical)

1. 12 V at T-CON fuse? If not, fix PSU/fuse first.

2. 3.3 V present? If missing, upstream DC/DC/LDO issue.

3. AVDD ~16–17 V present? If missing, check PMIC enable from T-CON SoC and look for shorts on AVDD rail at panel COF tabs.

4. VGH ~28–31 V / VGL −6 to −10 V? If VGL is OK but VGH/AVDD are down, suspect PMIC/charge-pump section; if VGH collapses under load, suspect gate-line short on panel side.

5. VCOM ~6 V & VREF ladder steps? If one reference is missing, expect banding/solarization.
