TCL Service Menu Instructions

(Wifi Models)

1. With the TV on, Select Home
2. Select Setting and OK
3. Select System and OK
4. Select About and OK, System info for TV will be displayed
5. Use the remote and press the following sequence: Up, Right, Down, Right, Up
6. Press the Fast Forward button 3 times
7. Press the Rewind button 2 times
8. Use the remote and press the back arrow (it's located on the top left just below the power button), this should bring you into the factory menu.

(Non Wifi Models)

1. With the TV on, press Menu.
2. Select Picture Menu
3. Select Contract Submenu
4. Press 9, 7, 3, 5 
5. OR     1, 9, 5, 0
6. Select FAC HOTKEY item then press enter / return key.
